Here are some frequently asked questions and policies you NEED to know prior to booking. Booking an appointment tells us that you understand and agree. Failure to comply will result in either a cancellation, fee (if applicable) or even getting banned from booking (depending on severity).

Pricing is based on ‘tiers’. Each tier is unique to each artist.

tier 1: any solid color, basic art work.

tier 2: Simple nail art, one 3d element, simple airbrush, simple texture designs

tier 3: Abstract nail art, with more complex designs

tier 4: Intricate nail art, character art, more complex than tier 3

What is tiered pricing?

Is my deposit refundable?

Your deposit is non-refundable but goes towards your appointment. The nice part about tiered pricing is that your price is set, so don’t expect random surprises price wise.

If we cancel we will refund you your deposit unless we are able to reschedule.

Do you offer Acrylic?

Unfortunately we do NOT offer acrylic services.

Studio Policies

We have a 10 minute grace period. Anything past results in a $10 late fee. Anything past 15 minutes will be rescheduled.
Clients MUST cancel at least 24-hours prior to the appointment date. Anything past that will result in a 50% appointment charge.
Will be charged the entire service total. Failure to do so will result in being blocked from booking.
Please be mindful of the environment and workspaces. NO extra guests are allowed. Minors need to have permission from an adult to book.
Cash is PREFERRED. Card users can use tap to pay OR zelle. Credit cards have an automatic fee via Square.
$20 deposits are REQUIRED to book. No deposit = No appointment
